The hotel disappointed me with dirty and outdated rooms, but the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is convenient for beach lovers, although the facilities need a serious upgrade.

My room on the top floor had no luggage support and was dirty. The toilet seat was disgusting, and it seemed like it hadn't been changed in years. All the facilities were dated, with stains on walls and windows, and dust everywhere. The sheets seemed unchanged and just turned over. The rooms are very compact, and I wasn't satisfied with the size.

The staff was very good, especially Philip and Aadesh. They were wonderful people. Two of the waiters, Victor and Mangal, were also very friendly, always smiling with a great sense of humor.

The hotel is best if you want to stay around Panjm side and be closer to the beach. It's suitable for foreigners and conveniently located next to a 5-star hotel, but it's far away from the airport.

The dining options were limited. There were no non-veg options aside from eggs. However, they offered a thoughtful selection of fresh fruits, juices, iddli/dosa, puri/sabzi, and eggs to order.

The pick-up and drop-off service was helpful and proactive, although it fell short on room cleanliness. The location is nice, with proximity to the beach but somewhat outdated.
